The unconditioned air leaving the compressor, completely saturated with water vapor, passes through a coarse filter and enters the cooling cycle of a patented modified standard gas dryer to remove most of the water. In the second stage, in a compact desiccant bed protected by a finer filter, the dew point temperature of the compressed air is reduced to a standard -40℃. Finally, the completely dried air passes through the dust filter and enters the air/air exchanger of the gas type dryer in the first stage and its temperature increases and is supplied to the system. Thanks to this technology, which is a combination of PSA (pressure swing adsorption) and TSA (temperature swing adsorption) techniques with an external heater used to minimize regeneration air loss, the quality air required by users is obtained very effectively and economically. As long as the desired quality is achieved by continuous air quality measurement with the dew temperature sensor, extra energy savings are achieved in low capacity usage by extending the regeneration cycle period.
